What will you teach a driver – you might ask?
Well, I have a new training on training drivers
coming soon and just to give you an idea – this
training is about 4 hours long. There’s plenty to
teach if you want them to do a great job.
If you want someone to perform, you first need to
teach them to perform or at least make sure they are
capable of performing.
Anyways, a driver or a dispatcher gets hired. They
aren’t being trained properly, which means they
have to figure A TON by themselves by pure
trial and error. How effective is it? How effective
and productive would you be if you had to do a
job you weren’t trained for?
Now, most taxi business owners are quick to
blame everyone around. “My employees are stupid.
They don’t know anything.”
However, is it really their fault?
